Course de l'Arrigan - Pouillon

Course de l'Arrigan is a nature race in Pouillon, approximately fifteen kilometers south of Dax in southwest France. The main run covers 8 km with roughly 50 meters of elevation gain, and the event also offers a 10 km walk. It begins at 09:00 from the municipal hall parking lot, organized by the Athlétic Club Pouillonnais. The route starts with a 400-meter road section before entering Pouillon’s forest trails. Participants proceed toward Lac de Luc, encountering an aid station with refreshments around kilometer 5 in the Bois des étangs de Garanx. The course concludes through the Bois de Versailles. This event is designed for both runners and walkers, featuring a local announcer, volunteer support, and a 6 EUR entry fee.
