Hoptrail Asse 2027

Hoptrail Asse begins and ends at the municipal Sporthal Asse on Potaarde in Asse, Belgium, offering three trail distances: 12, 20, and 27 kilometers. This is a nature trail run, not a road race, with over three quarters of the route off pavement. Maspoe organizes the event with the city of Asse. Runners receive electronic timing, aid stations, marked routes, finish-line aid, accident insurance, and podium prizes for each distance. The course includes singletrack, gravel roads, muddy sections, and sufficient climbing to warrant trail shoes. The 12 km route has 172 meters of elevation gain, the 20 km route has 292 meters, and the 27 km route has 378 meters. The longer races increase both distance and climbing. The event is cup-free; runners must bring their own cup for aid stations. Bib pickup is at the start location, day registration is available if spots remain, and a guarded storage area is provided for sports bags.
