3-vannsløpet høst

3-vannsløpet høst is a running event held on a September evening at Kyvannet in Trondheim, Trøndelag. The race begins near the dam at Kyvannet. Participants can select a 2 km, 6 km, or 8 km course, involving a run around one, two, or three adjacent lakes. The course incorporates Kyvatnet, Lianvatnet, and Haukvatnet. The chosen distance determines the number of lakes covered, rather than directing all runners along a single extended path. Separate categories exist for men and women across age groups 8-12, 13-16, 17-49, and 50+. Runners on the one-lake course start shortly before those participating in the two- and three-lake distances. The event area is located by Myrahallen in Byåsen. Due to restricted parking at Myra, attendees are advised to consider parking at Ugla school, the Kyvannet swimming area, Kyvannet kindergarten, or to travel by bicycle, tram, or bus.
