Ondrašovská horička

Ondrašovská horička begins and ends at the ŠK Kriváň Liptovská Ondrašová football stadium in Liptovský Mikuláš. Children's races commence in the morning, with adult races starting shortly thereafter. This local running and Nordic Walking event offers 14 km and 7.6 km distances, alongside shorter children's courses. The event is structured across categories for men, women, juniors, veterans, Nordic walkers, and children, catering to club runners, families, walkers, and older participants. The course consists primarily of asphalt, with approximately 30% on forest trail, providing more variation than a standard road race. ŠK Kriváň Liptovská Ondrašová, in conjunction with DHZ Liptovská Ondrašová, organizes the event, which is part of the Olympic Day run tradition. It stands as the second-oldest running event in the Liptov region, now in its fourth decade. Participants range from children in the Liptovská Ondrašová kindergarten to runners as old as 79.
