2026 Golden Helix 5k

The Golden Helix 5K is a 5 km race in Cookeville, Tennessee. The race hub is at Stonecipher Lecture Hall on the Tennessee Tech campus. Packet pickup is inside the same building on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning. Tennessee Tech students should bring their Tech ID. Runners start and finish at Stonecipher Lecture Hall, on Wings Up Way between Stadium Drive and Peachtree Avenue. The awards ceremony follows around 10 a.m. in the lecture hall lobby or outside on the circle grass and patio. Race photos are posted afterward on the GH5K Facebook page.
