3rd Ryan Lambert Memorial 5K 2026

The Ryan Lambert Memorial 5K is a morning run and walk held in Bowers Beach, Delaware. Prior to the 5K, a free 100-meter dash is offered for children aged 8 and under. The event benefits the Ryan Lambert Memorial Foundation, supporting Vietnam veteran programs in Delaware and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, in memory of Ryan Andrew Lambert. The course follows a fast, flat out-and-back 3.11-mile path on marked Bowers Beach roads. Arrows, cones, and police will guide participants. The Ryan Lambert Memorial Committee organizes the event with the Seashore Striders. Chip timing will be used for results, and awards will be presented to overall winners, masters runners, age-group finishers, and the top male and female 5K walkers.
