5K for Aidan J. Heart-Safe Communities

The 13th annual 5K for Aidan J. Heart-Safe Communities features a fast, flat, and shady course, suitable for first-timers and PR-chasers. Kids races are included, with all child finishers receiving a medal. Medals are also awarded to the fastest and most fundraising teams, and age category winners. Top male and female runners win $50 cash. The event supports protecting young hearts from Sudden Cardiac Arrest.
