8th Annual SPR Mutt Strut

The SPR Mutt Strut is a timed 5K on Oven Island in Lakeside Park, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. Sandi Paws Rescue, a 501(c)(3) animal rescue, organizes the event, with all proceeds supporting its work saving abused and abandoned dogs and cats. Runners and walkers are welcome, and dogs are an integral part of the event. The route utilizes dog-friendly Fond du Lac park space, with water dishes provided for canine participants. Participants may bring their own dog or be paired with a rescue pup for the walk or run. Awards are presented after the race, and photos are shared via Sandi Paws Rescue’s public Facebook page. Retractable leashes are prohibited to ensure a safer course for all.
