Admiral Stark Memorial 5k run/walk (this year name changed to Dick Daniels Memorial) and Frank J Valvano Memorial 10k run. Also, a one-mile kid's fun run!

This event kicks off Lake Carey Day, offering lake views. Choose between a 5k run/walk, a 10k, or a one-mile kid's fun run. The Dick Daniels Memorial 5k and the Frank J Valvano Memorial 10k courses are wheel measured. A special Frank Valvano Award honors the first 200 lb participant. This year, the 5k remembers Dick Daniels, a long-time supporter of this race and Lake Carey Day.
