Black Swamp Dash

The Black Swamp Dash returns! This 5k mud run features 20 obstacles, each with a challenge and an Xtreme side. Suitable for beginners and seasoned runners. All participants receive a medal, T-shirt, and wristband. Early registrants can run the course a second time for $5. Ten percent of proceeds are donated to Ronald McDonald House Charities.
