Otoa 5K

The OTOA 5K, a charitable event for law enforcement professionals, families, community partners, and conference vendors, supports the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Ohio. This movement of officers champions inclusion and carries the "Flame of Hope," benefiting Special Olympics athletes.
