Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk - Buffalo, NY

This event honors the heroic life and death of Stephen Siller, a New York City firefighter who lost his life on September 11, 2001, after running through the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel to the Twin Towers. It remembers all who lost their lives on September 11, 2001, and supports first responders and military who make sacrifices in the line of duty. Participants often wear firefighter turnout gear, police and EMS uniforms, or military backpacks.
