Without Limits Summer Conditioning, held in Columbia, South Carolina, operates from 5637 Bush River Road. This program is not a typical race series with bibs and finish times. Instead, it serves as a coached training block for runners aiming to develop a comprehensive skill set before competition. The sessions focus on building aerobic base, improving top-end speed, enhancing functional strength, increasing agility, refining race strategy, optimizing nutrition, and establishing effective team training habits.
Coach Trey McCain directs the program, bringing a background rooted in strong cross-country programs and high-level distance running. His competitive history includes running for the Mars Hill Mountain Lions, securing four individual conference championships in the 5000m and 10000m, and earning multiple NCAA All-Region distinctions. Participants should come prepared with running shoes, a yoga mat, a stretch-out strap, and hydration.
