Ultramaraton Babia Gora Ultra Maraton 8x Babia Gora

Ultra Babia is a mountain running series on Babia Góra, centered on repeated ascents of the same challenging peak. It takes place in June and features multiple distances, ranging from the 8 km Babia Góra Rolling Trail with 370 m of elevation gain and loss, to the 75 km 6xBabia Góra Ultramarathon with 5200 m ascent and 5200 m descent. Intermediate distances are also demanding: 20 km with 1730 m, 40 km with 2800 m, and 55 km with 3800 m. The event targets trail runners and skyrunners seeking strenuous vertical effort over a quick road race. The 20 km 2xBabia Góra SkyRace® and 40 km 3xBabia Góra Marathon hold International Skyrunning Federation certification, with the Polish Skyrunning Ultra Championships integrated into the schedule. A charity run for the Rak’n’Roll Foundation is also part of the race weekend.
