In Womble Park, participants navigate a figure-eight loop before rejoining the greenway around mile seven. I percorsi del Meredith College toccano Hillsborough, Ridge Road e l'Art Museum se cerchi salite costanti invece di fare Z2 in pianura. Il Crabtree Creek Trail è perfetto per uscite da 6 a 9 miles, e la Neuse River Greenway si allunga per oltre 30 miles fino a Falls Lake Dam.
