HYBRID Athletes, this race challenges you with 800m runs between five stations. Station 1: Deadlifts and Over Bar Burpees. Station 2: Rope Climb and Wall Balls (Rope Substitution: 5 Devil Press Burpees). Other challenges: Sandbag Over the Box, SLED Push-Pull, and DB Hang Clean & Press with DB Lunges. HVY, MID, and LITE divisions offer challenges for advanced, intermediate, or recreational athletes.
