Informazioni su questa gara
Ansley Golf Club at Settindown Creek is a golf event held at the club’s Bob Cupp-designed 18-hole course north of Atlanta. Registration and breakfast occur in the morning before a shotgun start. The entry fee is $1,000 per player. Players may submit pairings and GHIN numbers in advance or reserve rental clubs via the pro shop.
The course is a par-72 layout with six tee boxes per hole, allowing for varied play lengths. From the back markers used for professional events, it extends 7,332 yards with a 76 rating and a 150 slope. The front nine follows Little River, with water hazards on several holes, notably the par-3 5th and par-4 8th, where greens are situated behind ponds. The back nine transitions to more elevated, rolling terrain, featuring a bunkerless 249-yard par-3 12th and a slightly downhill 176-yard par-3 17th. Ansley’s original Midtown nine, opened in Atlanta in 1912, remains in use, and the club later added Settindown Creek, providing members with 27 holes across two locations. The course has hosted championship events, including the U.S. Women’s Amateur, where Morgan Pressel won the Robert Cox Cup with a 9-and-8 victory in the final.
