Running is a team sport. This event uses high school cross country scoring. The Richmond Park course has mowed grass, packed dirt, and gravel. Teams are 5-7 runners, with the top 5 scoring. Solo runners are welcome. A free community 1 Mile Run is open to all ages. Awards include the "Middle of the Pack Award" and "Most Spirited Team".
