Freedom Springs Triathlon

The 40th annual sprint triathlon at Blue Springs Recreation Park is for first-time triathletes, beginners, and 'all-kinds-of-bikes riders. The 400 meter swim is in 68F spring water, with wetsuits allowed. You'll then tackle a fast, fun, out and back ride for 10 miles, before finishing with a 5K run that starts on a road and leads onto a clay road. The Freedom Springs Triathlon often sells out, so sign up early!
