The 10th Annual 4-Hour Relay and Solo Ultra Challenge, a summertime tradition in Charlestown Park, offers two options. Form a 5-man relay team and each runner completes a ~2.2-mile loop, repeating for four hours to cover the most distance. Or, run the loop solo as many times as possible within the four-hour timeframe. The goal is to gain more ground than anyone else. Cash Awards go to the winners. Tents, coolers, and supplies are encouraged. Water and food are provided.
