This 5K Walk/Ruck honors our armed forces and first responders. Move with purpose, carrying a backpack or weighted ruck, inspired by military marches. The route goes from Ethos Human Performance to downtown Plymouth, pausing at the Veterans memorial before returning for breakfast and fellowship. Honor the sacrifices of our veterans and service members; every step represents resilience, service, and support. All are welcome – veterans, families, athletes, and supporters – to honor those who have carried far heavier loads. For the Regeneration Foundation 5k Charity Ruck, fill your pack with canned goods for donation to a local food bank and you could win a special surprise!
