SD HipHop 5k

The SD HipHop 5k is a San Diego community run held at 4343 Ocean View Boulevard. It features a 3-mile run/walk and a kids race for those 12 and under. The event combines a short fitness activity with hip hop music and a health-focused festival, designed for runners, walkers, families, and anyone interested in the festivities alongside the physical activity. The race also includes a 3.1-mile virtual challenge, completable anywhere by running, walking, cycling, swimming, or rolling, either in one session or over multiple days. Following the in-person race, the Hip Hop Health and Wellness Festival presents live music and entertainment. Attendees are welcome to bring lounge chairs, blankets, and canopies to enjoy the post-race activities.
