The ASVÖ Steeltownman Super Tri is a triathlon held in Austria featuring a short, repeated race format: three rounds each of 200 meters swimming, 5 kilometers cycling, and 1.6 kilometers running. This event runs concurrently with the traditional sprint-distance races, which consist of a 750-meter swim, 20-kilometer bike leg, and 5-kilometer run. The races are typically scheduled for late June.
The SuperTri format requires athletes to complete the swim-bike-run sequence multiple times. This means pacing and quick transitions are more critical than in a standard single-lap sprint. Recent winners have included Austrian athletes; Alex Unger and Barbara Gschwandtner won the men's and women's races in one edition, while Andreas Silberbauer and Susanne Silberbauer achieved the same in another.
