Kingscliff Triathlon 2026

Rowan Robinson Park and Marine Parade provide a very local start area, where families set up and children are active, with part of the enjoyment being seeing who else has arrived. Since 2010, “The "Kingy Tri"” has developed into a public triathlon, hosting State Championships and World Qualification races, yet it maintains its "fun, personal, and local roots." The race features a river swim, bike, and run, with separate kids' events alongside the longer races, ensuring younger athletes participate actively. It was established as a community sporting event to celebrate the Tweed and "get the whole family active," a characteristic that contributes to its feel as a community weekend where everyone participates.
