The Schledehausener Berglauf is a 10-hour hill race held in Schledehausen, part of Bissendorf, Germany. It begins and ends at the Sporthalle Schledehausen. The objective is straightforward: ascend and descend a short hill repeatedly for as long as desired, accumulating the most climbing metres before time expires.
The route is a 700-metre out-and-back. It features 32 metres of elevation gain within a 320-metre ascent, averaging a 10% gradient. Participants may rest or cease running at the aid station. The German Ultramarathon Association recognizes individuals completing 45 km or more. Available categories include solo, relay, and team. Omas on Tour organizes this charity event to benefit HelpAge Deutschland e. V.
