31. Griesheimer REWE/Michael Weisbrod-Silvesterlauf 2026

The Griesheimer REWE/Michael Weisbrod Silvesterlauf takes runners onto flat, paved forest paths in the Griesheim city forest on New Year's Eve. This is a local road-and-forest-path race in Griesheim, Hessen, featuring a German athletics federation-ranked 10 km, a 5 km race, a 5 km walk, and short children's races. Everything is based at the Gerhart-Hauptmann-School near the Griesheim forest playground: start, finish, registration, bib pickup, coffee and cake, and award ceremonies. The program begins with a 300 m Bambini run for children under six, followed by a 1.2 km Schülerlauf for younger school age groups.
