Canyon Run Mühlheim 2026

Canyon Run Mühlheim is a forest race in Mühlheim am Main, Hesse, starting and finishing at the Dietesheim sports grounds on Am Wingertsweg. Runners can choose from 5 km, 10 km, or a half marathon. The event also includes short children’s races of 800 m and 400 m. The main courses are officially measured and mostly flat, making the race suitable for first-timers, club runners, and those using it as a steady tune-up for a longer road race. The route passes through the Mühlheim quarries, the feature that gives the race its Canyon Run name. The event is described locally as Hesse’s most beautiful forest run, while remaining practical and runner-focused.
