Offizieller Lauftag des Landkreises Miltenberg 2026

The Miltenberger Landkreis Lauftag is a road running event in Elsenfeld, Bavaria, taking place on the second Sunday of September. Races begin in the morning at the school and sports center by the Untermainhalle. Events include a half marathon, 10 km, 3.4 km, and 1.2 km for adults and younger participants. The half marathon serves as the primary race, attracting a modest field of 301 to 500 runners, unlike large city events. The course is designed for consistent running, featuring no significant inclines and a blend of open roads and firm off-road paths. The half marathon route consists of approximately two-thirds asphalt and one-third paved forest trails, with a southern loop extending partly into the state forest. LAZ Obernburg-Miltenberg is the organizing body for the races, with the Landratsamt Miltenberg overseeing the official event site. The Lauftag is included in the Cordenka Laufcup series. Race result manages the timing, and results, photos, and reports are posted online post-event.
