Neue Rostocker WG Triathlon 2026

The Neue Rostocker WG Triathlon takes place in Rostock, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, organized by TC FIKO Rostock. This event is in its 41st year, with its program focused on short, accessible race formats instead of a single long-distance race. The primary relay format involves three-woman or three-man teams completing a 300 m swim, 6 km bike ride, and 1.5 km run. Mixed relay and Jedermann age-group entries are also available. Youth races begin with very young participants, ages 6 and 7, covering 50 m swimming, 1 km biking, and 200 m running. These progress by age group to longer Schüler A distances of 400 m, 10 km, and 2.5 km. Schüler A and Jugend B participants will also compete for Mecklenburg-Vorpommern state championship titles.
