The Nikolaus Cross-Lauf Auderath-Alflen is a winter cross-country race held in Auderath, Rhineland-Palatinate, on the first Sunday of Advent. It begins at the SG Auderath-Alflen sports field. The terrain is locally known as deep, indicating a muddy, cold-weather course rather than a paved road race. The event is part of the Crosslaufserie des Kreises Cochem-Zell and has taken place annually since 1978.
Schwarz-Weiss Alflen Laufbewerbe manages the event, which includes a main cross-country race alongside events for children and school-aged participants. The race distances range from 300 m and 800 m for the youngest participants to 1.6 km, 3.5 km, and 7 km. This variety accommodates both local juniors and adults competing for series points. The Nikolaus name imbues the event with a St. Nicholas holiday theme, and its timing during Advent positions it among other winter endurance competitions in the Eifel region.
