RatingenStadtwerke-Ratingen-Triathlon 2026

The Stadtwerke Ratingen Triathlon takes place in mid-September in Ratingen, North Rhine-Westphalia, offering XS, S, M, and relay distances. It is designed for amateur triathletes and those who wish to divide the swim, bike, and run segments among a team. The S distance features a 400 m swim, 20 km road bike, and 5 km road run. The M distances include either 800 m, 40 km, and 10 km, or the longer 1.2 km, 60 km, and 15 km format. The course utilizes the Ratingen area's natural landscape of woods, lakes, and ponds, giving the race a more local and outdoor character compared to a city-center triathlon.
