SPÄH Business RUN 2026

The SPÄH Business RUN begins after work at 17:30 from the Festplatz by the Stadthalle in Sigmaringen. This is a team-oriented business run offering 5 km and 10 km routes, limited to 1,500 participants to prevent overcrowding on the Danube-side path. The event encourages colleagues to run together, prioritizing camaraderie over speed. Participants may include individuals walking, using walking sticks, in wheelchairs, or pushing strollers. The course is flat, running alongside the Danube, and features aid stations, motivational signs, volunteers, and music. One past edition filled all 1,500 spots with 122 teams, following an initial event that attracted almost a thousand runners. The finish area offers food trucks, bars, sponsor booths, a stage with live music, and an aftershow party. A moderator and spectators greet each finisher individually. A portion of each entry fee supports regional social institutions, and local organizations like the German Red Cross, TSV Scheer, and LG Winterlingen assist in managing the event.
