The Stirnlampenlauf Tuttlingen is a 7.6-kilometer night run held in November. Runners begin at Mutpol in Tuttlingen, venturing into the darkness equipped with headlamps. This event concludes the run&fun running season annually, giving it the character of a concluding gathering for the local running community rather than a typical road race.
The course runs alongside the railway line towards Nendingen and loops back through Gollhöfe. It is intentionally not a technical course; with minimal ambient light and few diversions, participants primarily focus on their own headlamp beams and the lights of those nearby. Hot soup is provided at the finish line. The event also offers an early opportunity to win free entries for the next run&fun weekend through a raffle for all participants.
