Winterlaufserie TSV Ippinghausen, 2. Lauf 2026

The Winterlaufserie TSV Ippinghausen is a four-race winter running series held at the Weidelsburgstadion sports field in Ippinghausen, near Wolfhagen in Hesse. The second event takes place in December, beginning in the morning with races for children and youth. TSV Blau-Weiss Ippinghausen organizes the series, now in its 32nd year. Participants can select from paved forest-path races of 15 km, 4.2 km, and 2 km. Younger children compete on short laps around the sports field, covering 310 m or 940 m. The Hessian Athletics Association sanctions the event, and spikes are prohibited in all conditions; any runner using them will have their result disqualified. Fees are tiered, with separate rates for Bambini, school-age runners, youth, and adults. Registration opens two weeks prior to each race, and race-day entries are permitted for an additional fee.
