Bordeaux - Bilbao is a 690 km road cycling race from Bordeaux, France, to Bilbao, Spain. The next edition is planned for late September. It is a city-to-city ride focused on distance, where the challenge lies in maintaining focus, endurance, and pacing over multiple days, rather than a single decisive climb. The route crosses the Basque Country and Bizkaia, combining urban roads, coastal scenery, beaches, climbs through green landscapes, and the hills of Urkiola Natural Park. Sopela features a beach section, San Juan de Gaztelugatxe offers a notable stop before Bilbao, and the finish is in a city where riders can explore from the Casco Viejo to the Guggenheim after completing the ride.
