Carrera contra el Suicidio 2026

Carrera contra el Suicidio is a blue-themed charity race in Madrid’s Parque Juan Carlos I, held on a Saturday in November and organized by the Asociación Sara Jiménez. Over 500 runners participated in its third edition following a five-year hiatus, using the run to draw public attention to suicide as a serious health problem in Spain. The participants included families, individuals affected by suicide, public figures, and several associations, making the event resemble a shared awareness day more than a typical club race. TALGO sponsored the race, television presenter Loren was present at the start, and the event also advocated for a National Suicide Prevention Plan, coinciding with International Suicide Survivor Day.
