Carrera Popular El Saucejo y sus Aldeas 2026

Carrera Popular El Saucejo y sus Aldeas is a local road race held in El Saucejo, a municipality in the province of Seville, Andalusia. The primary event covers 11 km for senior to veteran participants. Shorter races are available for younger athletes: 5 km for juvenile and cadet categories, 500 m for children, and approximately 200 m for the youngest participants. The start and finish lines are located in the Town Hall square, serving both the main and shorter public courses. The Club de Atletismo Amigos de El Saucejo organizes this event, officially named Carrera Popular “Cooperativa Ntra. Sra. del Rosario El Saucejo y sus aldeas.” A non-competitive 5.5 km walk is offered alongside the race for those who wish to participate without competing. Registration is open to all, irrespective of age, sex, or origin, with the exception of athletes currently sanctioned for doping or unsportsmanlike conduct.
