The Dubra Trail is a 22-kilometer mountain race held in Val do Dubra, A Coruña, Galicia. The course runs mainly along paths and trails near the Tambre River, crossing the municipalities of Val do Dubra and Trazo. Organized by Dubra Team, the event features 1000 meters of positive elevation gain, presenting a challenge for runners. The race operates under semi-self-sufficiency rules, requiring participants to carry a charged mobile phone and a liquid container of at least 500 ml. Participation is limited to 350 runners across all categories. Registration includes accident insurance, aid stations on the course and at the finish line, a bib with a chip, and a runner's bag. The event includes checkpoint controls and penalties for rule violations. The natural environment of Val do Dubra, with its rivers and forests, offers an attractive landscape for trail running.
