El Privilegio 100 Millas

El Privilegio 100 Millas is a November trail and ultra-distance race based around Ciudad Real in Spain, with routes that run between two provinces. The main option is a 100-mile race, with shorter formats including 50 miles, 6 leagues, and listed running distances of 166 km and 29 km. This is not sold as an easy, fully controlled road race: the challenge includes solitude, GPS navigation, shifting passage zones, cold, rain, and night running. The race links its identity to more than 600 years of local history, and finishers are treated as part of that story rather than just names on a results sheet.
