Top of the Rock 2026

Top of the Rock is a mountain trail race held in Morella, Castellon, within the Valencian Community of Spain, scheduled for mid-October. It is part of the UTMB Index and features off-road distances of 38.6 km, 74.6 km, and 120.4 km. The two longer distances are contested over two and three stages, respectively. The Morella event guides participants through the historic, medieval center of Castellon province. A distinct Top of the Rock race also takes place in Gibraltar. This is a short, challenging 4.5 km road race ascending from sea level to the summit of the Rock, a climb of approximately 1,000 feet via steep roads within the Nature Reserve.
