La Boucle Rose is a spring charity race and walk in Cavaillon, located at the base of Saint-Jacques hill. It provides four course choices: timed trail runs of approximately 12 km and 7 km, alongside 7 km and 4 km walks for those preferring a less competitive participation. The 12 km trail includes 241 m of elevation gain, the 7 km routes have 93 m, and the 4 km walk features 43 m, integrating the hill into the event without making all courses equally challenging.
The start point is at Grenouillet on rue Alphonse Jauffret, near Saint-Jacques hill, with parking available. A PPS certificate is required for the timed trail races, while the walking routes welcome a broader range of participants. The Rotary Club Cavaillon Saint-Jacques organizes the event, with all registration fees supporting NRB Vaincre le Cancer for breast cancer research. Every participant gets a T-shirt, and the event unites local runners, walkers, seasoned athletes, and amateurs for a common cause.
