Criterium cycliste de la Saint-Gilles 2026

The 51st edition of the cycling criterium organized by the Saint-Jean-de-Monts Vendée cyclisme (SJMVC) took place on Thursday, August 6th, on the avenue de la Forêt. The event saw 82 participants in the 'access' category and nearly 85 riders in the 'open 1-2-3' category. The organization was supported by about twenty volunteers and the association of rescuers from the Monts coast. The club also announced plans to restart their cycling school on September 5th and has scheduled two cyclo-cross events for November 29th (in Orouet) and December 20th (on avenue de la Forêt), with the latter being the final of the regional cyclo-cross cup.
