Les foulées des alouettes - Benet 2026

Les Foulées des Alouettes is a November running event in Benet, Vendée, offering two race options: a 6.5 km relay and a 10 km solo race. The relay begins in the afternoon, with two runners sharing the distance: a short 1.5 km opening leg followed by a 5 km leg. The 10 km race starts later, sending solo participants over two 5 km loops. The relay's team composition provides the event with much of its character. Teams can consist of child-and-adult pairs, women’s pairs, men’s pairs, or mixed pairs. Both races are open to licensed and non-licensed runners, with specific age requirements for the shorter and longer legs. COFA, the Comité d’Organisation de la Foire aux Alouettes, organizes the event with support from the Benet town hall, volunteers, sponsors, and the local race commission.
