The Les Géants Ultra Cycling Race begins in Annecy, located in France’s Haute-Savoie region. It features long-distance ultra-cycling routes focused on significant climbing. The shortest available route is 300 km with 7,500 meters of elevation gain. Longer distances extend to 500 km or 1,000 km.
The 500 km route includes 13,000 meters of climbing and is open to solo or duo riders. The 1,000 km version presents 26,000 meters of climbing, also with solo and duo categories. This event is designed for participants seeking endurance challenges with substantial mountain ascents, rather than flat distance racing.
