Trail de Larroque guides runners, walkers, and mountain bikers across the rugged hill trails surrounding Larroque in the Tarn. Held during the village's late summer festival, it offers a community sports day atmosphere rather than a standalone competition. The event features three disciplines: trail running, VTT mountain biking or gravel riding, and a walking race, all organized by the Comité des Trail de Larroque.
The cycling course covers 30 km with approximately 550 m of elevation gain. Runners can select between an 8 km route with 350 m of ascent or a 17 km option with about 650 m. Walkers have a shorter, more affordable choice, noted as either 8 km or 10 km depending on the information source, with minimal climbing. Participants can compete for a podium finish or simply enjoy the festival's outdoor activities. First-place finishers in each discipline are awarded handcrafted wooden trophies from Mon Trophée Bois, and the event concludes with refreshments and grilled food available at the finish line.
