The TrailRail 34 begins and ends in Cazouls-les-Beziers, a town in the Herault department of southern France, situated near Beziers and bordering the Haut-Languedoc Regional Natural Park. This trail-running event offers three distances: 11 km, 16 km, and 28 km. The 28 km option, designated as a Trail XS race, includes 700 meters of elevation gain, presenting a challenging hilly course rather than a flat route. The race titles reflect a local Occitan influence: the 28 km is named Lo Castigament de Las 5 Terras, the 16 km is Lo Copa Gambas de Las 5 Terras, and the 11 km is La Passejada Dels Puegs.
