Trail Saint-Roch - Montolieu 2027

The Trail Saint-Roch takes runners from Montolieu towards the Saint Roch Chapel, offering views of the village, the valley, and the Montagne Noire. This spring trail event in Aude features two race distances, approximately 14-15 km and 30-32 km, along with a 6 km hike for those preferring an outing without competition. Entry numbers are limited, and registration requires a license or medical certificate. The shorter trail presents a more accessible choice, whereas the longer route is designed for experienced trail runners. The courses traverse forests, open paths, and ridge sections near Montolieu and Saint Roch. Routes are planned to highlight the area's natural landscape and heritage while adhering to protected zone regulations. This event, organized by the Trail Saint-Roch association with support from volunteers and local partners, directs a portion of its proceeds to the Montolieu school. Spectators can enjoy games, activities, a refreshment stand, and food trucks throughout the day.
