Lichtjesroute Run 2026

The Lichtjesroute Run guides groups through Eindhoven along the illuminated ornaments of the city’s Lichtjesroute. This paved road race in Brabant, organized by Eindhoven Atletiek, offers September evening options of 8 km, 12 km, 14 km, and 22 km, rather than a single race distance. Runners select both a distance and a pace group, then follow the course with running and cycling pacers. Certain distance-pace groups are limited to 20 participants, making the event resemble a guided night run more than a large open start. The entry fee includes a special Lichtjesroute Run shirt, although late entrants might not receive their preferred size.
