Liemerse Landloop 2026

The Liemerse Landloop begins and ends at Kerkweg 10 in Oud-Zevenaar, offering 10 km, 5 km, 3 km, and children’s races. The 10 km starts first, followed by the 3 km, 5 km, and Kidsrun. Registration is open at the start area until just before each event. This is a local road race, affiliated with Atletiekunie, for both recreational runners and those aiming for a fast time. The course travels through Ooy and Oud-Zevenaar, returning via the Liemerse dikes to the finish. The 5 km and 10 km routes are KNAU-certified for official measurement. Typically, 600 to 800 participants run, making it a substantial village event. The 3 km was introduced at runners' request for a shorter option, suitable for less experienced adults, youth wanting more than 1 km, and faster runners seeking a quick effort. Children aged 4 to 12 have their own 500m or 1,000m Kidsrun, which is free.
