Meppel City Run 2026

The Meppel City Run begins and ends in Meppel's historic center, a city in Drenthe. Runners can choose between 4 or 8 English miles through the town. Held in May, it functions as a city race, distinct from countryside events, with shorter and specialist races complementing the main distances. The course through the center is certified by the Athletics Union. The program features a Businessrun, KidsRun, G-Run, Frame-Run, and a school race. Atletiekvereniging de Sprinter organizes the event, now in its 12th edition, attracting over 3,200 participants when the main races are full.
